The aim of our business conduct is to protect our associates our company as well as our customers, partners and partner workforce.

All our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Any products that fail to perform as intended, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.

The warranty applies to items used as per instructions and does not cover misuse, accidental damage or abuse in any other manner

Over charging, misuse of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power is not recommended by the manufacturer.

The UKIYO customer service team shall reserve to right to final decision for all potential warranty claims for service and replacement or same colour preference. (depending upon stock availability). Return Postage to be borne by customer.
