Free Delivery on Orders Over $49

This offer is subject to all of the following terms and conditions:

  • Free shipping is only valid to destinations within Australia
  • To qualify, your order must be greater than $49 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted freight charges or installation charges
  • This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery
  • This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any-time

Delivery Times

  • Standard product orders are delivered by Australia Post. Please allow 2 -5 business days from shipping date.
  • Delivery of Big & Bulky and Oversized products will be delivered via courier. Please allow 3 – 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery Areas
Standard products are delivered via the Australia post network and are home delivered where this service exists. If you are outside of their home delivery network they will deliver to the nearest post office and you will receive a card for collection.

International Delivery
UKIYO Technologies is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an Australian address.

Reasons For Order Delays

  • Public holiday
  • Incorrect address has been entered against the order
  • If the payment capture process is unsuccessful your order will be delayed until alternate payment arrangements can be made
  • Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand, we may need to re-order the product from our suppliers

Delivery Acceptance

  • Once your parcel has been signed for you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please note, we do not accept deliveries to Parcel Collection boxes or lockers

All orders over $49.00 delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at

Prices And Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Processing Your Order

  • An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
  • Delivery is between Monday and Friday

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is shipped.
