The Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’

All our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Any products that fail to perform as intended, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The warranty applies to items used as per instructions and does not cover misuse, accidental damage or abuse in any other manner

Over charging, misuse of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power is not recommended by the manufacturer. The UKIYO customer service team shall reserve the right to final decision for all potential warranty claims for service and replacement or same colour preference. (Depending upon stock availability). Return Postage to be borne by customer. The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies that are available to you under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure

If you have purchased an item from UKIYO Technologies and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us.
Upon assessment, UKIYO Technologies will offer a full refund, repair or replacement on most items. You must provide us with your UKIYO Technologies receipt, Online Tax invoice or proof of purchase via Credit Card or Bank Statements. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order
